Our Story
Phoenix Adolescent Care limited, was created and founded by Nadeem Javeed in May 2023. Nadeem has worked in the residential childcare sector for over twelve years, and has a passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their goals, and provide the best opportunities whilst they are residing in the homes.
Ruby Javeed is a qualified and registered social worker, with over ten years of experience in the fostering sector, children’s residential care, parenting assessment centres, and working with complex families and children.
Phoenix AC Family Assessments has been created, with the vision to support children and families to remain together whereby it is safe to do so. We provide community based parenting assessments, with family intervention support alongside to truly support the parenting assessment process.
Our staff team are passionate and committed to supporting families and children.
Our work is underpinned by relationship based practices, attachment and mentalization principles and values are underpinned in all the work we do.
We are committed to working closely with all professionals, families, and children to provide evidence based, comprehensive and robust reports and assessments. We pride ourselves in our ability to work openly and honestly, and ensure good communications with all.
Phoenix Adolescent Care acquires a family based ethos and approach to all the work we do. We are a passionate team and strive to better the futures of everyone within our care.
