Nadeem Javeed
Nadeem is the founder of Phoenix Adolescent Care; creating a company which is child centred, and ensures the safety of the young people is paramount. Nadeem has worked in residential care since 2012 and has gained valuable experience and strives to make a difference and encourage the young people to succeed in life and provide the young people with the skills for their independence and building relationships. Nadeem has worked in several fields across social care including CSE Homes, EBD Homes, Gangs and Radicalisation homes and therapeutic homes for young people. Nadeem has completed his level 5 in management (QCF).

Ruby Javeed
Ruby is an experienced and qualified social worker, with experience in the fostering sector, children's residential sector and family and childrens assessments. Ruby has a wealth of managerial experience, and is supportive and passionate in her role.
Ruby is trained in Parent Assess and PAMS, mentalization, attachment and trauma, and has completed the Level 4 Award in Working with Complex Families. Ruby is committed to her role, and strives every day to achieve the best possible outcomes for the families and children she works with.
Ruby is the designated safeguarding lead at Phoenix House.

Luke Hesketh
Luke has worked within the residential care environment since 2009 when he joined the sector as a residential care worker he has developed both his professional knowledge and skill base in relation to the managing of young people’s challenging behaviours' and areas of needs. Luke also holds a level 5 NVQ in residential management Luke has a wealth of experience within the residential childcare sector, he has developed in his role, starting as a residential care worker, developing in his senior roles to a deputy manager and now a registered manager of Ruby House. Luke is a hard working and passionate individual who has the children and the young people at the centre of his practice.

Danielle Hampson
Danielle has over 12 years’ experience supporting children and families. Danielle has worked within the education setting as a pastoral manager and welfare officer for over 10 years before transitioning to children’s social care, Danielle has worked with in numerous caring and managerial roles prior to Phoenix Adolescent care across both children’s residential homes and family assessment. Danielle has been a deputy manager in children's residential care, and has progressed to the role of the registered manager of Phoenix House. Danielle is passionate about supporting children to achieve the best outcomes. Danielle works with a strengths based model at all times, and utilises this approach with children, families and the staff team. Danielle is an ambitious and creative individual who strives to achieve the best in her role; she is dedicated to her role.

Jordan Riding
Jordan has over 6 years of progressive experience supporting children and young people with complex needs, including SEMH, Autism, and Safeguarding concerns. Jordan has completed his level 4 in children and young people in Residential care and is working towards his level 5. Jordan has previously worked for Barnardo’s as a senior outreach worker, where he devised support plans, for intensive support for children and young people and their families. Jordan has also worked at both senior and deputy level within the residential settings with both good and outstanding ratings from Ofsted. Jordan is a hard working, passionate individual who strives to achieve best outcomes for all children and young people. within his care
