Outreach Community & In the home Assessments

Responsive Support, Right Where It’s Needed

Our community and in the home assessments are carried out by our lead social worker and supported by our qualified and passionate team of family intervention workers.

Our community support packages are flexible to meet the needs of the families and children. This can include:

- Parent Assess parenting assessment with intervention and family support alongside, timescales to be agreed with the local authority 

- Daily supervision and support in the home, including evenings and weekends 

- Supported contact and family time sessions

- Supervised family time sessions

- Family Intervention work

We understand that sometimes, families require the additional level of support and supervision to support their knowledge and understanding of how to ensure the overall safety of their child. Our parenting program can support parents with their own individual needs to support and address any concerns/ and or risks. We work closely with the local authority to support all families and children.
